Q1. How can we place an order or enquiry for our desirable products?

The simplest way is to order your desirable products from our website directly. Browse our website for your desirable products and click on “Add to Quotation List” next to those particular products. Your products will be automatically added into the “Quotation List”. You can also remove your selected products from the “Quotation List”. Press the “Send” button after filling all necessary information. We will reply you by email or phone within 2 working days.
You may also place an order or enquiry by phone and email.
Q2. What should I do if I couldn’t find the products I need?
A2. The products have shown in this website merely represents a small option of our products. We welcome you to inquire us by email or phone for specific products.
About Order
Q1. Can I order less than the MOQ stated in the product description?
A1. Yes, we accept quantity of some products less than MOQ, however, the final unit price will be much higher than the MOQ price in order to settle the initial cost.
Q2. Can I have a pre-production sample?
A2. In most cases, we will provide you one free pre-production sample for your confirmation. We will proceed the mass production upon receipt of your confirmation. Besides, the production time for the pre-production sample takes approximately 5-7 working days, such period is not calculated in the production lead-time.
Q3. When can we receive the products after our confirmation of pre-production sample?
A3. Normally, it will take approximately 8-30 working days. The actual time depends on different products and quantities. Please contact us for more details.
Q4. Can I have different colours in my ordered products if there are several colours available for selection?
A4. It depends on our stock levels. Please kindly let us know your needs and we will try to accommodate.
Q1. Can you provide overseas delivery services?
A1. Yes, the international delivery charges vary widely, we are not able to advise you a fixed price. Please contact us for more details.
Q1. How can I pay for the ordered products?
A1. For Hong Kong clients
  -Bank deposit to our HSBC account and please kindly email or fax us the pay-in-slip after the transaction; or

Cheque payment, please issue a crossed cheque payable to “BuyGreatGift ” .
  For Overseas clients
  -Telegraphic Transfer
Q2. Can I pay fully upon receipt of all products.
A2. No. We would collect 50% of the total amount as an advance deposit and the balance is due and payable before delivery.
